Returns policy

Unfortunately we CANNOT accept any returns and under no circumstances will any refunds be processed back to our clients. 

If for some reason you are not happy with our products please do not hesitate to contact us so we can fix this in order to stop future clients being unhappy with our products and service.

If an order arrives damaged or broken or an item is missing, please contact us immediately. please send us as any photos/videos of the order as possible so we can access what has happened while in transit. If and when we decide to replace we will require the damaged/broken order to be returned to us and your own cost. Once received we will then process a replacement to you.

Please note you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if an item is damaged, broken or missing after this time we are unable to sort a replacement and therefore cannot accept any claims of item being damaged broken or missing.
